OTHER NEWS:

PRIDE FESTIVAL IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. ALMOST HERE, www.tcpride.org

PRIDE BOOTH INFORMATION:

Minnesota Deaf Queers has applied for their booth at Twin Cities Pride. This year, MDQ will be inviting partners to be part of the booth. Partners will have a shift on Saturday or Sunday that they are responsible for and will be able to share their organization resources. Due to the smallness of our community, MDQ will be a "hubb" that day, and members who serve our D, DB, HH, LGBTQ+ members are invited to share in "space". We have done this before and it is successful. Per feedback from community organizers last year, and members, we also have a new location for our booth this year ! Bonus: We may have a small platform for our own signing/ poetry, and ASL slam event.

Please consider volunteering to be part of our booth, to coordinate efforts, or to become our partner. We also need volunteer Interpreters at the booth.

PRIDE PARADE INFORMATION:

Minnesota Deaf Queers applied for our parade spot. As you know, WE love being part of the parade. We enjoy walking together, and creating a space that is our own. This takes time, creativity and work. If you would like to help coordinate this effort this year, please step up and help out. We need you!

ASL INTERPRETERS, DEAF INTERPRETERS AND ASL TALENT- WE NEED YOU.

Pride would not be the same without you. We are in search for Interpreters, Feeders, Deaf Interpreters and Deaf Talent. We need to cover all three stages. This is a paid position.

Please reach mndeafqueers@gmail.com if you are interested.
